Alessandro La Motta is from Rimini where he lives and works.
He exhibits his works in Italy and in the international sphere: Italian Cultural Institute and “ Forma Libera” Gallery, Barcelona ( Spain), Lubelsky Gallery, New York ( USA); European Parliament, Bruxelles ( Belgium); Tongjii University – Universal Expo, Shangai ( China); in addition has taken part to many collective and artistic exhibitions and achieved artist’s houses in Hebron ( Palestine) and Jerusalem ( Israel), in Zighinchor e Dakar ( Senegal).
He has been active since 1991 in many italian galleries and has been invited to many festivals and has partecipated to the 54th edition of Biennale in Venice as member of the Emilia Romagna section in the italian Pavilion.
Alessandro collaborates with poets and writers creating artist’s books.
He successfully created scenes for theatrical shows and he is searching for years the mediterranean identity through the myths and the beauty of the classic world.
He exhibited his last work in archeological museums and public institutions.
